Spring has almost sprung and the Boss Hogs are testing and tweaking new recipes and better ways to bring the bacon to the fine people of Halifax in Year 2 of the Canadian Bacon Cookhouse.

Well Bacon Fans – our team was over the moon with the support today at our soft launch! We hopped you enjoyed your first Canadian Bacon Cookhouse experience – especially the bacon lollipops. It was nice to meat may of you for the first time. (note that meet was intentionally spelled meat to help us meet our daily pun quota). We’ll keep you posted on a grand opening Meat n Greet in the near future.
Apparently we’ve unleashed a small aPORKalypse, as tropical storm Andrea is making her way towards us. We’ll be closed tomorrow (Saturday the 8th), but will be open from 11am-6pm on Sunday the 9th.
Today was a dream come true and we look forward to serving you in the future.
